This role will work at the heart of our front-facing operations, combining audience-focused service with data-driven insights to support the organisation’s sales, marketing, and programming goals.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Ticketing and Audience Insight Manager and the wider team to deliver seamless ticketing processes, gather and interpret audience data, and maintain high standards in box office operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about live performance, enjoys working with systems and data, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Salary: 14k per annum
Hours: 20 hours per week
