Natalie is Head of Content & Business Development at Landmark Theatres, responsible for Marketing, Sales, Fundraising, and Business Development across the organisation. She has a background in Ticketing and Audience Development, and previously worked at Arts Council England, bringing valuable insight into arts development to inform Landmark’s evolving business model. Natalie is passionate about data-driven approaches, widening access to cultural experiences, and supporting organisational growth. She is committed to finding dynamic and innovative ways for theatres to thrive in a changing cultural landscape.

Graduating university with a Master’s in Business Administration, Jag is now the dedicated Head of Operations for Landmark Theatres. Providing motivation and direction to his incredible team, he strives to always deliver excellent service to ensure business resilience.

With over 26 years of experience in the industry, David brings extensive expertise in line producing across a wide range of project scales. He is deeply passionate about pantomime, recognising it as a foundational theatrical experience for many audiences.
